1. Notify us
Please email us at [email protected] to notify us of your intent to return. Your email should contain any references that are on your original order receipt/notification, together will a full explanation of your reason for returning the goods. You should also advise us whether you’d like an alternative product/replacement or a refund. Returns received without prior notice may result in a delay in the processing time. Items must be returned within 21 days of receipt.
2. Condition of goods
Goods must be returned in their original packaging with any seals intact and in their original saleable condition. Please enclose a copy of your original order receipt in the parcel.
Please re-package your parcel using strong packaging and ensure it is sealed securely and addressed clearly to the address below:

4. Proof of Postage
Take the parcel to your local Post Office and request a proof of postage. Without this, you will be unable to make a claim should the parcel go missing. Please note that NQYHAIR will not be liable for lost returns. Any underpaid returns will not be processed. Items must be returned within 21 days of receipt of the original goods. Please note NQY will only reimburse the cost of the products and not the cost of postage or shipping.
