Bladderwrack (Seaweed) Extract – Our Bladderwrack seaweed is sustainably harvested from the coasts of France. Bladderwrack extract helps restore youthful-looking shine to damaged hair while protecting it from styling stress, colour fading and frizz. Bladderwrack’s 18 amino acids are known to act as the building blocks of protein, helping restore damaged strands and chemically treated hair, while its 12 vitamins and 42 minerals and trace elements infuse hair with a dramatic, youthful lustre that lasts. The pure seaweed filtrate we use in our products is derived using a proprietary extraction method that creates a fluid containing all the rich seaweed phytonutrients in their most potent form. Seaweed is naturally hydrating to the scalp and gives shine to strands, while its fatty and amino acids help keep hair strong. Everyone will benefit from our seaweed extract, it’s a truly amazing ingredient for all hair types.

Grapeseed Oil – Grapeseed Oil is rich in Vitamin E, flavonoids, linoleic acid and complex organic plant compounds (OPCs), all of which are necessary for healthy hair growth and vitality. We source our Grapeseed Oil directly from Parma, Italy for its purity. Grapeseed Oil has a high linoleic acid value (greater than most other oils) and is highly moisturising and light for use in hair care. Grapeseed oil absorbs very quickly into the pores of the skin making it excellent for scalp applications. Grapeseed Oil is especially useful for skin and scalp types that don’t absorb oils too well, and it doesn’t leave a greasy feeling. Frangipani Oil – Our 100% natural Frangipani Oil (Plumeria alba) comes from Indonesia, where it is extracted from the white delicate fragrant flowers of the Frangipani or Plumeria plant using a method of steam distillation. Frangipani oil moisturizes your hair, making it smoother and softer. It protects your hair from UV damage and hydrates your scalp, reducing the risk of a flaky scalp or dandruff. A truly romantic flower, Frangipani delivers a rich, heady, exotic oil that has a pleasant, sweet aroma with green notes. Frangipani is thought to restore inner peace and harmony and has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. Fragonia Oil – Fragonia™ Essential Oil is a wonderful Western Australian oil that is gentle on hair and scalp and is highly antibacterial and antifungal. American philosopher Ralph Waldo Emerson once asked “What is a weed? A plant whose virtues have not yet been discovered”. Well, the plant from which Fragonia™ Oil is extracted is a perfect example of a ‘weed’ that has only recently found its place in the annals of medicinal plants. Dismissed for decades as just another variety of the Tea tree, it took a husband-and-wife team to explore the possible use of the shrub and discover a new essential oil. Fragonia™ Oil possesses powerful balancing and calming properties and is helpful for freeing previous emotional problems and blockages. It is known to be effective at decreasing anxiety, and removing stress and has energetic benefits. This fantastic oil possesses wonderful underlying citrus, floral, and woody notes. Panthenol Vitamin Pro B5 – Panthenol (pro-vitamin B5) is a vitamin that is proven fantastic for hair and skincare alike. Panthenol stimulates skin regeneration and boosts healing, which is great for scalp health, look and feel, and according to experts has the potential of improving hair growth. Panthenol is a small enough molecule to penetrate the hair and moisturise it, helping increase hair elasticity and reduce breakage. Panthenol spreads evenly on the surface of hair strands, forming a smooth film that makes hair softer and shinier, and reduces static. Panthenol is not waxy at all and is extremely water-soluble for easy rinsing and no nasty buildups. The smooth film that forms with Panthenol use also provides excellent slip between adjacent strands of hair and detangling properties. Research shows that Panthenol penetrates deep into the cuticle and the hair shaft itself, where it aids in moisture retention and adds to hair volume.

L-Arginine – L-arginine is known to reduce the poor development of hair follicles and promote healthier hair. L-arginine is attracting increasing attention as a remedy for hair loss, acting as a follicle-stimulator and a protein for protecting hair’s natural colour. L-arginine is a semi-essential amino acid that is used in the biosynthesis of proteins, it is involved in many important functions in our body. L-arginine is of great importance to hair growth, owing to its role as a precursor to nitric oxide. This is because the nitric oxide formed from arginine opens the potassium channels of the hair cells, which improves circulation to the hair roots and stimulates hair growth. L-arginine also acts as a conditioning and moisturising agent. It plays a major role in stimulating the scalp and increasing blood circulation, further promoting the growth of hair.
