Royal Mail 2nd Class tracked & signed delivery normally takes 3 – 5 working days on orders placed before midday, Monday to Friday.
Dispatch Time:
Items are dispatched within 2 working days of you placing your order.
Delivery Delays:
Our delivery agents will not deem a parcel to be lost until it has been in their systems for a period of 14 days for UK orders. Although it is unlikely deliveries will take this amount of time, we are unable to dispatch a replacement or issue a refund until this period of time has elapsed.
Lost Deliveries:
Please note, NQY can only honour lost item claims that have been registered with us within 45 days of the original dispatch date.
Standard (Tracked & Signed) Europe & Rest of World Delivery – £14.00
Delivery to Europe normally takes 3 – 5 working days from despatch.
Rest of World delivery normally takes 6 – 7 working days from despatch.
